Job Overview

Join Print Pro Tech as a Customer Care Executive responsible for managing customer interactions and assisting sales operations in the Delhi-NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding quotations and order confirmations.
Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and updates effectively.
Work closely with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain accurate customer information and records using Excel or CRM tools.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English to interact effectively with customers.
Familiarity with basic digital tools including Email, WhatsApp, and Excel spreadsheets.
Excellent customer engagement and persistent follow-up abilities to drive sales and service quality.
