Job Overview
Join Print Pro Tech as a Customer Care Executive responsible for managing customer interactions and assisting sales operations in the Delhi-NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding quotations and order confirmations.
- Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and updates effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer information and records using Excel or CRM tools.
Requirements
