Role Overview
This position focuses on managing the full post-purchase customer journey for a consumer electronics business. The role covers customer onboarding after sale, ongoing service support, and prompt handling of issues to maintain a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete customer lifecycle after the product has been purchased, including onboarding and service support.
- Work to keep customer satisfaction high by resolving questions and complaints without delay.
- Serve as the escalation contact for urgent or complex customer issues and drive them to a quick closure.
Candidate Profile
