Collection Executive / Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Collection Executives/Officers for first-party collections with a prominent US-based bank and third-party collections for gyms and fitness chains. This full-time role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with opportunities to engage in US international BPO operations focusing on sales, retention, and collections.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹40,000 per month based on experience and background.
• Candidates without prior collections experience can expect ₹22,000 to ₹35,000.
• Those with collections experience may earn up to ₹40,000.
• Additional incentives include unlimited performance bonuses and training incentives up to ₹10,000.
• Transportation provided for drop service and centralized pick-up points.
• Rotational weekly offs occurring twice weekly, with Saturday and Sunday as fixed off days (with one Saturday working mandatory).

Work Schedule

• Shift options: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM or 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
• Five-day workweek with fixed weekends off.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: SSC with at least 6 months of international BPO experience, or
• SSC with at least two years of US international BPO experience, mandatory for third-party collections.
• HSC/Graduate candidates require at least 1 year of US international experience.
• Candidates must have recent US sales, retention, or collections experience in an international BPO setting.
• Maximum age limit: 45 years.

Selection Process

• Initial HR telephonic interview.
• Operations round conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.
• A Versant test with a minimum passing score of 67 to be taken at the office.
