About the Role
This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting position within a rapidly expanding, product-focused organization that develops software for essential real-world industries. You will serve as a key partner to hiring managers across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams, contributing to the company's growth across North and South America. The role involves a blend of sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, and hiring execution, with a strong emphasis on generating top-of-funnel candidates and ensuring pipeline quality. You will adeptly handle diverse roles and domains, from technical engineering searches to cross-functional business hiring, often in dynamic environments. Accountabilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical positions, including engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market functions, based on business requirements.
- Develop and execute top-of-funnel strategies through proactive outbound sourcing, employee referrals, networking, industry events, and direct candidate engagement.
- Conduct thorough recruiter screens to evaluate candidate skills, motivations, and cultural fit, while effectively representing the company and the opportunity.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to precisely define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and refine sourcing and hiring approaches.
- Guide candidates through the entire interview process, ensuring a consistent, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, tools, and workflows to boost hiring efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to securing top talent by clearly articulating the value proposition and cultivating strong candidate relationships.
- Foster a culture of high standards, constructive feedback, accountability, and ongoing learning within the talent acquisition team.
Requirements
- Possess 4-6+ years of recruiting experience, with substantial experience in technical recruiting within software or technology sectors.
- Demonstrate a proven capacity to source and attract high-caliber candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Exhibit strong interviewing and assessment capabilities, with sound judgment in evaluating both technical proficiencies and behavioral competencies.
- Show an ability to rapidly comprehend new domains and translate ambiguous hiring needs into effective search strategies.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, confidently partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership.
- Maintain excellent organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced, high-growth settings with evolving priorities.
- Exhibit a high degree of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality standards.
- Be receptive to feedback and possess a persistent drive to enhance recruiting skills and performance.
