Overview
ACCPRO is working with an expanding international organisation to find a seasoned HR leader who can take ownership of the people function. The ideal person will bring strong structure, sharpen existing processes, and collaborate closely with senior leadership to help shape a productive and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the HR function and guide strategy across people initiatives, employee experience, and wellbeing.
- Review, streamline, and maintain essential HR workflows, systems, and supporting documentation.
- Manage onboarding, performance review processes, and compliance-related programmes.
- Work alongside senior management to roll out organisational frameworks and wider people projects.
- Maintain adherence to Irish employment legislation while also supporting requirements across Europe.
- Mentor HR colleagues and create scalable ways of working that can support future growth.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 10 years of HR experience, with senior responsibility gained in a fast-growing business.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law; experience across multiple European countries is an added advantage.
- A demonstrated history of enhancing HR systems, operational processes, and people practices.
- Background in leading cross-functional initiatives and using HRIS tools.
- Strong ability in organisation, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
- Self-driven, flexible, and comfortable handling several priorities without close supervision.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages would be helpful.
- A valid passport and readiness to travel.
