Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Senior Specialist in Knowledge Management based in Saudi Arabia and associated with a partner company that handles applications and subsequent hiring steps. The role sits at the center of a fast-moving Trust and Safety function, with a focus on converting scattered documentation, operational insight, and policy content into a reliable, scalable knowledge framework.

You will help create order in a complex environment by making sure essential information remains accurate, easy to find, and aligned with day-to-day operations. The position requires close partnership with policy, operations, quality assurance, and subject matter experts so that knowledge stays current and is actively used across the business.

Because the team is globally distributed and the work changes quickly, success in this role depends on initiative, influence, and the ability to build structure in ambiguous situations. Your contribution will directly affect the consistency, speed, and precision of Trust and Safety operations worldwide.

This is a blend of systems thinking and change leadership, shaping how knowledge is created, shared, governed, and sustained over time.

Accountabilities

  • Review and chart the current knowledge landscape, spotting gaps, contradictions, stale content, and missing links across policy, compliance, and operations materials.
  • Develop and own the information structure that determines how knowledge is organized, stored, accessed, and governed across teams.
  • Create and enforce standards for documentation, including templates, version control, content lifecycles, and quality checks.
  • Manage knowledge interdependencies so that changes in source material are carried through accurately into related documents and workflows.
  • Capture undocumented expertise from subject matter experts using interviews, workshops, and focused documentation efforts.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms with QA and operations teams to surface recurring mistakes and identify missing knowledge that affects frontline execution.
  • Keep the knowledge base healthy over time through periodic reviews, audits, and lifecycle management.
  • Work with training and operational leaders to ensure knowledge is translated into practical use across global teams.
  • Set and monitor measures such as content freshness, search performance, content coverage gaps, and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Serve as a central coordination hub for knowledge movement across distributed Trust and Safety teams.

Requirements

  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, program management, or a similar area.
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or platform integrity settings is considered a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in auditing, reorganizing, and improving complex or fragmented knowledge systems.
  • Comfort operating in uncertain situations with incomplete information and shifting priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional communication abilities, including the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Background in designing documentation frameworks, governance approaches, and content lifecycle models.
  • Solid analytical thinking with a sharp eye for inconsistencies, risk, and operational impact.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed global environment.
  • Excellent organization, strong ownership, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach and strong follow-through on complex initiatives.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay package.
  • Full healthcare coverage.
  • Flexible work setup with a remote-friendly arrangement.
  • Strong emphasis on learning, development, and career growth.
  • Access to mental health and wellness support programs.
  • Parental leave and family-oriented policies.
  • Financial and operational assistance for hybrid or remote work setups.
  • The chance to contribute to high-impact work in safety and integrity.
  • An inclusive, collaborative, global workplace culture.
  • Opportunities to take part in volunteer and community initiatives.
