Role overview

This opportunity is being shared on behalf of a partner employer, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The partner company is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist located in the United States.

The role focuses on building and delivering creative strategies that improve performance for digital advertising campaigns across major paid social channels. You will turn audience insights, product knowledge, and campaign data into short-form video concepts that are designed to generate measurable results. The position combines storytelling with strong analytical thinking, including script development, message refinement, and continuous iteration based on live campaign performance. You will work closely with production, editing, and strategy teams to keep creative output aligned with business goals. A major part of the job is testing, reviewing, and improving ad concepts across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads in a fast-moving, performance-led environment.

Key accountabilities

  • Build and implement creative strategies for paid social and other digital advertising campaigns focused on strong performance.
  • Convert data findings, audience research, and competitor analysis into practical creative ideas.
  • Create scripts, ad copy, and creative briefs for video, static, and cross-channel advertising formats.
  • Review campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and related analytics platforms.
  • Partner with production, post-production, and creative teams to make sure ideas are executed as intended.
  • Share strategic feedback on creative work to strengthen results and maintain campaign consistency.
  • Spot winning creative themes and patterns through ongoing testing and performance review.
  • Refine and optimize campaigns using structured testing methods and performance learnings.
  • Support weekly planning sessions and contribute creative direction for client accounts.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or direct response advertising.
  • Solid knowledge of major social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated ability to write creative briefs, ad scripts, and marketing copy for performance-focused campaigns.
  • Capability to interpret data and turn insights into clear creative direction and action plans.
  • Hands-on experience with ad management tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into persuasive narratives.
  • Excellent project coordination skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams such as designers, editors, and marketing operators.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
  • A balance of analytical thinking, creativity, and storytelling ability.
