Role overview
For our Munich-based team, we are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who already has initial experience in online marketing and wants to grow further. Cyrus Digital is a boutique performance marketing agency focused on e-commerce and works with well-known D2C brands such as Luxusbetten24, Pammys, Freiluftkind, and others.
We will train you thoroughly from the ground up at our Schwabing office. Roughly one year of experience in any online marketing discipline is enough to get started; the rest will be taught in a structured way under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
What you will do
- Support the setup of campaigns and contribute to continuous optimization.
- Gradually take on your own account responsibilities for real brands, with the goal of managing accounts independently.
- Help shape the strategic development of clients and grow from an executor into a trusted sparring partner.
What we are looking for
- About one year of professional experience in online marketing; the specific sub-discipline is not the main focus.
- A careful, proactive working style and a genuine interest in working with numbers.
- Residence in Munich or willingness to relocate, along with very strong German language skills.
