Role overview
This is a senior operations leadership opportunity for a U.S.-based professional overseeing integrated care services in a fully remote setting. The role is focused on improving operational performance, strengthening service quality, and supporting organizational growth through scalable processes and effective team leadership. The position partners with internal stakeholders to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and put durable solutions in place.
The hiring process and all application handling are managed by a partner company. Final review, interviews, assessments, and next steps are completed by that company’s internal team.
What you will do
- Manage and develop a team of 10 to 12 operations staff, including workforce planning, schedules, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and daily supervision of administrative and member support work.
- Track operational delivery through reporting, escalation handling, issue resolution, and ongoing monitoring of KPIs and service expectations.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive continuous operational refinement.
- Roll out new programs, workflows, and process improvements that support organizational priorities.
- Contribute to hiring, employee evaluations, coaching, employee relations, and overall talent growth.
- Support audits, compliance obligations, accreditation-related work, and regulatory preparedness.
- Plan and deliver cross-functional projects from kickoff through completion, keeping timelines, resources, and outcomes on track.
- Coordinate communication across multiple simultaneous initiatives so that stakeholders stay aligned and informed.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience, along with at least 5+ years of leadership experience in operations within behavioral health, healthcare, or human services. Experience should include managing teams across multi-site or multi-state environments.
- Demonstrated success leading distributed teams in fast-moving service settings.
- Hands-on experience managing operational workflows, quality standards, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Background in leading process improvement, operational change, and cross-functional projects.
- Clear and professional communication skills for working with varied stakeholders.
- Strong organization, judgment, problem-solving ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ongoing change while maintaining stability.
