Job description

Role overview

This is a senior product leadership opportunity for a Product Lead based in Germany. The role centers on guiding the next phase of an AI-native CRM platform built for modern go-to-market teams. You will take ownership of major product areas, turning complex technical foundations into streamlined, scalable, and high-performing user experiences.

The position combines long-range product thinking with practical delivery. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market partners in a fast-moving environment where decisions are shaped by data, customer feedback, and product intuition. The role offers the chance to influence core platform architecture, improve product workflows, and help redefine how teams manage relationships and automate work at scale.

Accountabilities

  • Take ownership of key product domains and help steer the broader product strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner with engineering to create systems that are flexible, scalable, and easy to use without sacrificing technical depth.
  • Convert complex architecture topics such as data structures, APIs, and performance constraints into actionable product choices.
  • Spot opportunities where AI can improve core workflows and expand product capability in meaningful ways.
  • Establish product metrics and success signals that support decision-making and demonstrate customer value.
  • Think ahead about infrastructure and architectural needs so the platform can scale sustainably over time.
  • Promote simplicity, usability, and engineering quality across the product lifecycle to support long-term maintainability.
  • Work across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver a consistent, polished user experience.
  • Remove friction from product journeys by identifying weak points and designing cleaner, more scalable solutions.
  • Maintain a strong customer experience that reflects the product vision and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex product areas, platforms, or core systems in a high-performance environment.
  • Strong track record of building and launching foundational systems, platforms, or technical products at scale.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, data models, APIs, and trade-offs involved in product design.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex technical and product challenges into structured solutions.
  • Excellent product judgment and a history of translating technical complexity into intuitive, user-focused experiences.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous settings and making decisions with partial information.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to shape product direction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with a founder-like mindset.
  • Strong interest in AI-powered products and modern SaaS platforms is preferred.

Perks and benefits

  • Market-competitive compensation package.
  • Equity participation in a fast-growing early-stage technology company.
  • 25 days of annual leave in addition to local public holidays.
  • Private health insurance coverage.
  • Pension contributions depending on location.
  • Access to premium Apple hardware.
  • Improved family leave support.
  • Regular international team off-sites in European cities.
  • Chance to help shape a category-defining AI-native product.
  • High autonomy, meaningful ownership, and direct influence on product direction.
