Role overview
This position focuses on steering product development from idea through delivery by acting as the link between business teams, customers, and engineering. The role is centered on shaping requirements, ordering the backlog, and keeping product work aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
What you will do
- Convert business priorities and user needs into clear product requirements and development direction.
- Rank features and backlog items so teams work on the highest-value initiatives first.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into practical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Track product outcomes, review user feedback, and study market movements to spot improvements and new opportunities.
- Support decision-making across the product lifecycle so solutions create value and strengthen user experience.
- Contribute to product initiatives that support business growth and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a similar discipline is expected. The role also calls for strong analytical and problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, and careful attention to detail. Familiarity with product management fundamentals, requirements gathering, user stories, backlog prioritization, and agile ways of working is helpful. You should be comfortable using project management, collaboration, reporting, and productivity tools. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills are important, along with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical teams. Good organization, sound judgment, and the ability to handle several priorities in a busy environment are also key. Experience or knowledge in product lifecycle management, user experience principles, market analysis, and data-led decision-making is a plus.
