Job description
Role overview
You will take full ownership of a product domain, shaping its direction and guiding execution from planning through delivery. This role involves setting the product vision, documenting requirements, and partnering closely with engineering so that the platform delivers features customers actively use.
What you'll do
- Take responsibility for the roadmap within your assigned product area.
- Prepare detailed PRDs that include user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and design limitations.
- Work side by side with engineering on a daily basis through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demo reviews.
- Carry out domain-focused user research with relevant stakeholders.
- Set and monitor OKRs and success measures for the domain.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Partner with the Lead Designer to shape the user experience for your domain.
- Share domain updates during demos and stakeholder review meetings.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of product management experience on technical or enterprise-focused products.
- Strong understanding of one or more relevant domains such as data engineering, AI/ML, security, analytics, or platform infrastructure.
- Ability to create precise, testable PRDs rather than broad feature ideas.
- Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams in agile settings.
- Excellent communication skills for audiences that may be technical or non-technical.
