Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the product backlog for broadcast measurement tools, including writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Lead features from early concept through release by coordinating with engineering and design to deliver work on time and to the expected quality.
- Set success measures for new launches, monitor outcomes after release, and share results with stakeholders.
- Work with engineering and data science to introduce and improve computer vision capabilities that detect, interpret, and assign value to logos, virtual signage, and other branded content in broadcast and streaming sources.
- Establish and track accuracy and performance goals for the detection pipeline, and help prioritize enhancements with the data science team.
- Support quality assurance and result validation so that sponsorship valuation remains dependable for clients.
- Convert broadcast and league needs into a prioritized product roadmap together with the Director and Associate Director of Broadcast Strategy.
- Collect and organize input from sales, customer success, leagues, teams, and brand partners to guide product priorities.
- Review product usage patterns and broadcast measurement trends to uncover gaps and new opportunities.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure internal teams understand what is launching and when.
- Equip sales and customer success teams with documentation and guidance for new broadcast and computer vision features.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, analytics, or media technology.
- Working knowledge of AI computer vision or machine learning products, with comfort collaborating with data science teams.
- Practical experience creating requirements, user stories, and backlog items.
- Exposure to sports, broadcast, media, or sponsorship measurement is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with data and turn it into product decisions and quality metrics.
- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with product management and design tools such as TFS, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong organization and the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
