Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Human Resources Officer to join a dynamic HR team. This role offers the chance to engage comprehensively in multiple HR functions, delivering top-tier support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Location: Perth, Western Australia
  • Indicative hourly rate: $57.80 (inclusive of casual loading)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for HR inquiries, providing prompt assistance across all employee lifecycle stages.
  • Offer complete recruitment support, encompassing internal hires and agency collaborations.
  • Track essential employment milestones such as contract expirations, probation assessments, and salary adjustments.
  • Ensure precise maintenance of HR documentation, adhering to required timelines.
  • Generate HR reports and conduct analyses to support strategic decisions and continuous process enhancements.
  • Discover and implement improvements in HR workflows, leveraging digital tools to boost efficiency.
  • Assist the broader HR team in managing diverse priorities and operational demands.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven background as a Human Resources Officer, HR Advisor, or comparable HR position.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including report preparation and providing actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Additional Requirements

  • Successful completion of required employment checks.
  • Current National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months.
  • Availability to commence immediately.
  • Submission of a response addressing the selection criteria.
