Role Overview
We seek a seasoned Human Resources Officer to join a dynamic HR team. This role offers the chance to engage comprehensively in multiple HR functions, delivering top-tier support throughout the employee lifecycle.
Contract Details
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Perth, Western Australia
- Indicative hourly rate: $57.80 (inclusive of casual loading)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for HR inquiries, providing prompt assistance across all employee lifecycle stages.
- Offer complete recruitment support, encompassing internal hires and agency collaborations.
- Track essential employment milestones such as contract expirations, probation assessments, and salary adjustments.
- Ensure precise maintenance of HR documentation, adhering to required timelines.
- Generate HR reports and conduct analyses to support strategic decisions and continuous process enhancements.
- Discover and implement improvements in HR workflows, leveraging digital tools to boost efficiency.
- Assist the broader HR team in managing diverse priorities and operational demands.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven background as a Human Resources Officer, HR Advisor, or comparable HR position.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including report preparation and providing actionable insights.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of required employment checks.
- Current National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months.
- Availability to commence immediately.
