Position Overview
We’re hiring a dependable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to help keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently. This role supports staff, managers, and guests by handling a mix of administrative, coordination, and communication tasks with professionalism and a service-minded approach.
The right candidate is someone who can juggle multiple priorities, stay detail-focused, solve routine problems proactively, and contribute to a welcoming workplace. If you enjoy keeping things structured and supporting others behind the scenes, this role could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and team members with a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Keep calendars organized, arrange meetings, and set up appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, then route questions to the right person.
- Draft, revise, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and general office documentation.
- Enter data carefully and keep records current and accurate.
- Help arrange travel, meeting setup, and event coordination when needed.
- Track office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as required.
- Greet visitors and help maintain a courteous, professional front office atmosphere.
- Assist with special assignments and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; added administrative coursework or training is beneficial.
- Experience in office administration, support roles, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities are needed.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required, along with other office software.
- Must be able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and basic problem-solving ability are important.
- Should be comfortable working independently as well as contributing within a team.
