Position Overview
This role is for a well-organized and reliable Administrative Assistant who can keep day-to-day office activities running efficiently. The position supports employees, managers, leadership, and guests while maintaining a professional, helpful, and welcoming atmosphere.
The right person is proactive, detail-focused, comfortable balancing several priorities at once, and committed to helping the team work smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to managers and staff throughout the business.
- Keep calendars current, arrange meetings, and set up appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, reply to email messages, and route questions to the correct contact.
- Draft, revise, and arrange documents, reports, and presentations.
- Keep records, files, and office paperwork organized and up to date.
- Help with data entry and verify that information remains accurate and current.
- Support travel planning, meeting setup, and event coordination when required.
- Monitor office inventory and manage supplies and equipment orders.
- Greet visitors and maintain a courteous, professional front-office experience.
- Contribute to special assignments and carry out other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
The employer is seeking candidates with a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Extra training or coursework in administration is considered an advantage.
Prior background in office administration, clerical support, or customer-facing service work is preferred.
