Position overview
We are seeking a dependable and well-organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with people and keeping day-to-day operations on track. This position plays a key role in supporting office efficiency, assisting staff and leaders, and ensuring visitors and coworkers receive professional, courteous service.
The right candidate is someone who stays on top of details, balances several priorities with ease, and takes initiative to solve problems while helping others work effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to managers and team members throughout the organization.
- Handle calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails and route questions to the correct contact.
- Create, revise, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Keep filing systems, records, and office paperwork well maintained.
- Support data entry tasks and keep information current and accurate.
- Help organize travel plans, meeting setup, and events when required.
- Track office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Receive visitors and maintain a welcoming, professional front-office experience.
- Assist with special assignments and other administrative duties as requested.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further administrative training or education is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in office administration, administrative support, or customer-facing support is preferred.
- Strong ability to organize work and manage time effectively.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with other office software.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to solve problems.
- Can work independently while also contributing well in a team setting.
