Job Overview
Join a leading private bank in India as a Virtual Relationship Manager - Cluster Lead based in Thane. This role demands expertise in overseeing recruitment quality, strategizing sales, tracking business performance, and leading a team towards efficient tele-calling to meet organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence in recruitment processes aligned with quality standards.
- Develop and execute effective sales planning.
- Monitor and evaluate business delivery metrics rigorously.
- Track team performance and provide regular reviews for improvement.
- Mentor team members to enhance tele-calling skills and achieve set targets.
Required Profile
- A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience specifically within the Virtual Relationship Management (VRM) channel.
- Experience exclusively with competitive banking institutions holding VRM lead roles; candidates from other financial sectors or non-banking backgrounds will not be considered.
