Job Overview

Join a leading private bank in India as a Virtual Relationship Manager - Cluster Lead based in Thane. This role demands expertise in overseeing recruitment quality, strategizing sales, tracking business performance, and leading a team towards efficient tele-calling to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure excellence in recruitment processes aligned with quality standards.
Develop and execute effective sales planning.
Monitor and evaluate business delivery metrics rigorously.

Required Profile

A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience specifically within the Virtual Relationship Management (VRM) channel.
