Role Overview
This position is for an Enterprise Account Manager based in Singapore. The role focuses on winning new business from enterprise clients and expanding relationships across a broad set of technology-led solutions, including cybersecurity, cloud services, IT resource outsourcing, IT infrastructure, managed print, IP telephony, and security and physical access systems.
What You’ll Do
- Win contracts with enterprise customers for offerings spanning cybersecurity, cloud, outsourcing, infrastructure, print management, telephony, and access-control solutions.
- Look after enterprise accounts to maintain strong client satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Identify additional IT needs within existing accounts and grow the breadth of services delivered.
- Run and support client meetings and presentations across all seniority levels, uncover requirements accurately, and position the company’s solutions effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, with clear evidence of strong performance.
- Someone who learns quickly, adapts well in a fast-moving environment, and wants to build a career in technology.
- Comfort interacting confidently with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
