Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new Insurance Advisors or Agents to strengthen the team.
- Provide activation and comprehensive training for advisors to enable effective sale of health insurance policies.
- Drive business growth through agent networks.
- Motivate and encourage advisors to meet and exceed their monthly sales targets.
- Engage in joint sales visits alongside advisors for enhanced effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and agents.
- Ensure timely issuance of policies and manage necessary documentation.
- Meet set goals for premium collection and overall productivity.
