Key Responsibilities

Recruit new Insurance Advisors or Agents to strengthen the team.
Provide activation and comprehensive training for advisors to enable effective sale of health insurance policies.
Drive business growth through agent networks.
Motivate and encourage advisors to meet and exceed their monthly sales targets.
Engage in joint sales visits alongside advisors for enhanced effectiveness.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and agents.
Ensure timely issuance of policies and manage necessary documentation.
Meet set goals for premium collection and overall productivity.

Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants should have completed graduation (Any Graduate).
