Key Responsibilities
- Recruit insurance advisors and agents to expand the agency network.
- Activate newly recruited advisors by providing training to effectively sell health insurance policies.
- Drive business growth via agents by motivating and supporting them to meet sales objectives.
- Encourage advisors to consistently achieve monthly sales targets through motivation and guidance.
- Perform joint sales calls alongside advisors to enhance client engagement and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as agents to ensure business continuity.
- Oversee timely policy issuance and ensure proper documentation compliance.
- Meet premium collection and productivity benchmarks set by the organization.
