Mechanical QC Inspector

About the Role

We urgently require a skilled Mechanical Quality Control Inspector for a critical project. The professional will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring quality in mechanical systems, with a focus on piping networks and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections of incoming materials related to wet utilities.
• Inspect installation processes on-site for piping and HVAC/DCP systems.
• Verify adherence to project specifications, standards, and approved drawings.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of metallic and non-metallic piping systems.
• Detect any deviations from standards and ensure corrective measures are taken.
• Document all inspection findings and maintain detailed records and reports.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams, consultants, and contractors to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient with metallic and non-metallic piping systems, HVAC/DCP networks, and related mechanical testing and inspection procedures.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and inspection methodologies.
• Able to perform effectively in high-pressure, urgent project settings.
