Role Overview
In the position of Customer Service Specialist – Pricing & Analytics, you will bridge data analysis, pricing strategies, and customer service by acting as a crucial link between sales, key accounts, and internal teams, transforming data into clear, informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare pricing, conditions, and margin data
- Maintain and enhance the pricing structure
- Create reports and extract meaningful business insights
- Support sales and key accounts with data-driven justifications
- Participate in pricing and process improvement projects
- Ensure high data quality standards
Candidate Profile
- Commercial training or degree in fields such as Business Administration or Controlling
- Experience in customer service, pricing, or analytics
- Strong affinity for numbers and enthusiasm for working with data
- Proficient in Excel; skills in Power BI are advantageous
- Structured, independent work approach
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in both German and English
