Role Overview

In the position of Customer Service Specialist – Pricing & Analytics, you will bridge data analysis, pricing strategies, and customer service by acting as a crucial link between sales, key accounts, and internal teams, transforming data into clear, informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare pricing, conditions, and margin data
• Maintain and enhance the pricing structure
• Create reports and extract meaningful business insights
• Support sales and key accounts with data-driven justifications
• Participate in pricing and process improvement projects
• Ensure high data quality standards

Candidate Profile

• Commercial training or degree in fields such as Business Administration or Controlling
• Experience in customer service, pricing, or analytics
• Strong affinity for numbers and enthusiasm for working with data
• Proficient in Excel; skills in Power BI are advantageous
• Structured, independent work approach
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both German and English
