Role Overview

In the position of Customer Service Specialist – Pricing & Analytics, you will bridge data analysis, pricing strategies, and customer service by acting as a crucial link between sales, key accounts, and internal teams, transforming data into clear, informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and prepare pricing, conditions, and margin data
Maintain and enhance the pricing structure
Create reports and extract meaningful business insights
Support sales and key accounts with data-driven justifications
Participate in pricing and process improvement projects
Ensure high data quality standards

Candidate Profile

Commercial training or degree in fields such as Business Administration or Controlling
Experience in customer service, pricing, or analytics
Strong affinity for numbers and enthusiasm for working with data
Proficient in Excel; skills in Power BI are advantageous
Structured, independent work approach
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Fluency in both German and English
