Job Overview
New India Machinery is seeking a Telesales Executive to join the team at our Varanasi office. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, understanding client requirements in-depth, and providing them with appropriate machinery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls coming in and make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Follow up efficiently on leads originating from IndiaMART, the company website, and social media platforms.
- Comprehend customer needs and suggest the most fitting machinery options.
- Send quotations, product catalogs, and detailed information through WhatsApp and email.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to secure successful transactions.
- Maintain organized and updated customer databases and follow-up logs using Excel or CRM software.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers to enhance service and retention.
