Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls coming in and make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Follow up efficiently on leads originating from IndiaMART, the company website, and social media platforms.
• Comprehend customer needs and suggest the most fitting machinery options.
• Send quotations, product catalogs, and detailed information through WhatsApp and email.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to secure successful transactions.
• Maintain organized and updated customer databases and follow-up logs using Excel or CRM software.
• Establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers to enhance service and retention.
