Your responsibilities include handling sensitive communications, verifying customer identities through specialized questioning techniques, and collaborating closely with teams such as Fraud Strategy, Investigations, Chargebacks, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to monitor trends and uphold compliance with regulations.
