About the Role
Square Yards, a rapidly expanding real estate platform in India, is seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager based in Pune to spearhead business development, lead a high-performing sales team, and establish strong ties with property developers in the region.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and increase revenue within the assigned territory.
- Broaden market reach and introduce new realty projects to the platform.
- Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activities to strategize accordingly.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Relationship Managers and Sales Executives, ensuring optimal performance.
- Define team objectives, track performance metrics, and implement improvement plans.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-caliber sales professionals.
- Promote the adoption of the CRM system and streamline the sales workflow.
- Collaborate closely with Developer Sales, CRM, and Sourcing departments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Comply with RERA regulations and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain transparent and customer-centric sales approaches while managing escalations to facilitate successful deal completions.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate degree mandatory; MBA is preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in direct or real estate sales.
- Minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity managing sales teams.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated career stability and consistent professional growth.
