- Candidates who are graduates with excellent English communication skills, fluent in Telugu and Hindi, and have at least 0.6 years of experience in customer service can apply. Preference for applicants with BFSI sector knowledge. Age should not exceed 34 years.

About the Role
We have an urgent opening for the position of Customer Support Executive to be based at our office in Dadar West, Mumbai. The role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently address customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective support by resolving customer queries.
- Deliver high-quality customer service according to company standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Strong command over English with excellent communication abilities.
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi, along with exceptional English language skills.
- Familiarity with customer service concepts.
- Preferably possess knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Experience and Work Conditions
- Minimum of 7 months experience in a relevant field preferred.
- Age limit up to 34 years.
- Work schedule includes six working days per week with Sunday off and only day shifts.
Compensation
The remuneration can reach up to INR 47000 per month, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
Selection Process
- Interview rounds include HR screening, AMCAT test, operations round, and final client interview.
