About the Company and Role
Teleperformance is seeking candidates for the Customer Support process based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role focuses on handling customer communications primarily in Telugu language within the banking and financial services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone and email channels.
- Deliver precise information and prompt solutions to customer issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to banking compliance and procedural guidelines.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the designated system.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a graduate degree.
- At least 6 months of experience in Banking/BFSI BPO sectors.
- Fluency in Telugu language is compulsory.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu communication skills at B2 level or above.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Salary and Working Conditions
- Salary can go up to ₹4.7 lakhs per annum based on experience and interview performance.
- Work schedule involves day shifts with six working days per week.
- Sundays are fixed days off.
Selection Process
- Initial HR interview.
- Operations-level round of evaluation.
- AMCAT assessment test.
- Final client round interview.
