Cafe Staff - Team Member

Role Overview

The position is for a Team Member at a cafe, involving a 9-hour rotational shift with four weeks off per month. Maintaining a clean, safe, and properly managed cafe environment is essential, with a strict dress code of clean, safe, and formal attire.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.
• Work collaboratively within the customer service team.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the cafe.
• Inspect equipment and furnishings regularly and report any issues or damages.
• Greet visitors during shift hours, especially when the front desk is unattended, and provide necessary guidance.
• Address customer feedback, comments, or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere throughout the cafe.
