Role Overview
The position is for a Team Member at a cafe, involving a 9-hour rotational shift with four weeks off per month. Maintaining a clean, safe, and properly managed cafe environment is essential, with a strict dress code of clean, safe, and formal attire.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.
- Work collaboratively within the customer service team.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the cafe.
- Inspect equipment and furnishings regularly and report any issues or damages.
- Greet visitors during shift hours, especially when the front desk is unattended, and provide necessary guidance.
- Address customer feedback, comments, or complaints promptly and professionally.
