Role Overview

The position is for a Team Member at a cafe, involving a 9-hour rotational shift with four weeks off per month. Maintaining a clean, safe, and properly managed cafe environment is essential, with a strict dress code of clean, safe, and formal attire.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.
Work collaboratively within the customer service team.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene both inside and outside the cafe.
Inspect equipment and furnishings regularly and report any issues or damages.
Greet visitors during shift hours, especially when the front desk is unattended, and provide necessary guidance.
Address customer feedback, comments, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere throughout the cafe.
