Job Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves working 9-hour rotational shifts with four weekly offs within a month. Wearing clean, formal attire is mandatory while on duty.

Key Duties

• Prepare and serve various products, including coffee and other beverages.
• Contribute as an integral member of the customer service team.
• Keep the café premises clean and hygienic, both indoors and outdoors.
• Inspect café equipment, facilities, and furnishings regularly, reporting any damages.
• Greet visitors during shifts, especially when the front desk is unattended, and provide necessary guidance.
• Address customer comments, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Ensure that the environment remains safe, welcoming, and well-maintained at all times.
