Human Resources Assistant

Compensation and Benefits

Primary Responsibilities

• Support weekly collection and resolution of timecard issues with external candidates
• Manage collection and administration of candidate paperwork and onboarding processes
• Organize and maintain records for direct deposit authorizations, W-4 forms, I-9 documentation, and other onboarding paperwork
• Perform data entry tasks accurately
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external employees in person and via phone to provide high-level customer service and follow up
• Utilize internal databases and onboarding resources daily
• Maintain thorough and accurate employee personnel files
• Handle administrative duties such as managing inventory, ordering office and marketing supplies, answering phone calls, coordinating shipments via FedEx/UPS, and related tasks
• Provide assistance to the Human Resources Department as required
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred education includes a bachelor's degree or recent military background
• Internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous
• Strong interest in sales and account management fields
