Responsibilities
- Leverage internal candidate databases alongside multiple job boards to source qualified candidates.
- Make at least 50 calls daily to both potential and current candidates.
- Conduct phone and face-to-face screening interviews for current and future job openings.
- Manage onboarding procedures for new hires effectively.
- Deploy creative recruiting tactics to discover untapped candidate pools.
- Consistently place a minimum of one candidate weekly in long-term employment roles.
- Identify potential sales leads for the Sales and Account Management teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or recent military experience is mandatory.
- Prior internship or work exposure in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Sales and Account Management is crucial.
