Hourly wage of $20

Primary Responsibilities

Support weekly collection and resolution of timecard issues with external candidates
Manage collection and administration of candidate paperwork and onboarding processes
Organize and maintain records for direct deposit authorizations, W-4 forms, I-9 documentation, and other onboarding paperwork
Perform data entry tasks accurately
Communicate effectively with both internal and external employees in person and via phone to provide high-level customer service and follow up
Utilize internal databases and onboarding resources daily
Maintain thorough and accurate employee personnel files
Handle administrative duties such as managing inventory, ordering office and marketing supplies, answering phone calls, coordinating shipments via FedEx/UPS, and related tasks
Provide assistance to the Human Resources Department as required
Carry out other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred education includes a bachelor's degree or recent military background
Internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous
Strong interest in sales and account management fields
