Position Overview

We are looking for German Language Experts to join our Customer Service team in Pune. Candidates must hold at least a B1 German Language Certification. Graduates and undergraduates can apply, and freshers are welcome. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and email in German.

Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries through chat and email in German.
Provide accurate and timely support to customers.

Requirements

Minimum B1 German Language certification is mandatory.
Both graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Freshers can also apply for this position.

Additional Information

Compensation is up to 3.75 LPA.
Work schedule includes rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Candidates relocating to Pune from other cities will receive a relocation allowance of ₹14,000.
Work location is Viman Nagar, Pune.
Selection process includes a chat assessment and an operations round.
