Position Overview
We are looking for German Language Experts to join our Customer Service team in Pune. Candidates must hold at least a B1 German Language Certification. Graduates and undergraduates can apply, and freshers are welcome. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and email in German.
Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries through chat and email in German.
- Provide accurate and timely support to customers.
Requirements

Additional Information
- Compensation is up to 3.75 LPA.
- Work schedule includes rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Candidates relocating to Pune from other cities will receive a relocation allowance of ₹14,000.
