German Language Expert for Customer Service

Position Overview

We are looking for German Language Experts to join our Customer Service team in Pune. Candidates must hold at least a B1 German Language Certification. Graduates and undergraduates can apply, and freshers are welcome. The role involves handling customer queries via chat and email in German.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries through chat and email in German.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customers.

Requirements

Additional Information

• Compensation is up to 3.75 LPA.
• Work schedule includes rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Candidates relocating to Pune from other cities will receive a relocation allowance of ₹14,000.
• Work location is Viman Nagar, Pune.
• Selection process includes a chat assessment and an operations round.
