Role Overview
This opening is for a customer support associate in an international BPO environment based in Pune. The position is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who can manage UK and US customer interactions across voice, chat, and blended support formats. The job covers industries such as insurance, retail, utilities, banking and finance, telecom, collections, e-commerce, and semi-technical support.
Work Location and Shift Details
The role is based in Pune, with work locations across Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Kharadi, Yerwada, Hinjewadi, and Aundh. Working hours follow rotational shifts aligned with UK and US time zones. Employees will have two rotational weekly offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls and chats for international clients in the UK and US markets.
- Respond to customer issues, identify the right resolution, and ensure accurate communication.
- Deliver service in a professional, customer-first manner across voice, chat, and email channels.
- Maintain service quality and work toward the required productivity and performance goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates from undergraduate, graduate, 10+2, or diploma backgrounds may apply. Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome, and applicants with at least 6 months of experience in international voice or chat support are preferred. Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are important for this role.
Compensation
For freshers from UG or graduate backgrounds, the annual package ranges from 2.8 LPA to 3.4 LPA, which works out to approximately ₹18,000 to ₹20,500 per month, along with incentives. For experienced candidates, the package ranges from 4 LPA to 7.15 LPA, with pay up to ₹49,000 per month, plus incentives. Selected processes may offer unlimited incentives.
