About the Role
As a Store Manager at Starbucks in Winnipeg, Manitoba, you will lead a retail location that is focused on operational excellence, financial performance, team development, and community connection. You will use your retail background to manage the store independently while applying strong business judgment, leadership, and problem-solving skills. What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure the location runs smoothly and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service management.
- Strong skills in organization, communication, and solving problems effectively.
- An entrepreneurial, sales-oriented mindset with experience working in a results-driven environment.
- Proven leadership ability, including coaching and mentoring team members with professionalism and maturity.
- Minimum education of High School or GED.
Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country where the role is based and be able to provide valid documentation.
- Availability to work full time, typically more than 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected hiring range for this position is between $XXX,XXX and $XXX,XXX CAD per year. Actual base pay may differ depending on market conditions, experience, skills, and internal equity. Eligible employees may also be considered for a bonus program, along with annual bean stock grants.
