Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is with a fast-paced pizza business where the focus is on keeping operations moving during busy periods, whether the schedule is part time or full time. The environment is intended to be upbeat, flexible, and suited to people who enjoy staying active at work.
The company is hiring for management-level positions, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role offers practical experience that can support long-term growth in food service and store leadership.
What you’ll handle
As part of the management team, you’ll be accountable for the full performance of the shift. That means keeping an eye on cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relationships while making sure the team follows company policies and procedures consistently.
You are expected to lead by example and set the standard for the crew during your shift.
Growth and advancement
People who move into management are given the chance to build the skills needed to grow into a General Manager role. The business supports internal promotion, so strong performers may move up quickly and potentially earn more over time. Lead Assistant Managers may also qualify for performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications
Candidates should have prior leadership experience if possible, be eager to learn established systems, know how to support team-member and food-safety practices, and bring strong customer service skills. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Pay and additional details
For California, compensation is stated as the applicable minimum wage plus an additional $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and length of service with the employer.
All applicant information will be handled confidentially in line with equal employment opportunity guidelines.
