About This Role

Join our dedicated team at Roseneath Lifecare & Village, a 45-bed Care Home with a 15-unit Village situated in Carterton, Wairarapa. This permanent full-time position (32+ hours per week) involves working AM, PM, Night, and Weekend shifts. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering exceptional care in a warm and compassionate setting. While the work can be demanding, it is also deeply meaningful and rewarding. You will have the flexibility to choose shifts that align with your personal needs. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop and meticulously monitor resident care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with residents, their families, and General Practitioners.
• Provide essential support to Clinical Services and Care Home Managers.

Your Skills and Experience

• Possess prior experience as a Registered Nurse, either within New Zealand or internationally.
• Hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for assisting others, coupled with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Contribute effectively to team dynamics, showing empathy and a drive to positively impact others' lives.
• Show a commitment to continuous improvement and a solid understanding of health and safety protocols.
