Role overview
Heritage Lifecare is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join Brookhaven Retirement Lifecare in Christchurch. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a registered nurse who is committed to delivering outstanding care in an empathetic and supportive environment. Location and work pattern
- Brookhaven Retirement Lifecare, Christchurch, Canterbury
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday

What the role involves
You will lead clinical teams and help ensure residents receive consistently high standards of care. The role requires strong relationship-building with residents, families, staff, and other stakeholders, along with a focus on maintaining quality, wellbeing, and continuous improvement across the service.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with current NZ practising credentials and, preferably, experience in aged care. You should bring a proven track record of applying best-practice approaches, working with improvement systems, and demonstrating strong leadership. Excellent communication, sound judgement, problem-solving ability, and a genuine commitment to caring for others are important for success in this position.
